Rude staff and website needs to be updated. Went in to order takeout and item on online menu wasn’t available. The man behind the bar just became frustrated with me as if it was my fault for wasting his time. I get that work can be stressful. But, take a deep breath before dealing with customers and don’t get short with them. Maybe at least try to smile a little.

The food is normally pretty decent and we love the atmosphere when we go dine in, except whenever you order a burger curb side pick up the bun is soggy and fries are cold. And they’re overpriced! Just ordered cheese curds and a burger for $34!

First time here and was not impressed, probably won’t be returning. Drinks were not good and the nachos we ordered were burnt and had little to no cheese. Not to mention the cheese that was there was cold and tasted like it came from an easy squeeze bottle. Bartender didn’t care to ask why the food was left untouched. Shocked that the food even left the kitchen looking the way it did. Martini was half full and house margarita tasted like all mixer. Maybe we just caught them on an off day???

I usually love to order from The Narrows, whoever the man is that is answering the phones and taking orders is the most rudest person would not take my name for the pickup I called back just to make sure the prices were right because on their website the prices are lower than what he told me and at the end when I was trying to tell him who was picking up the order he hung up on me just very rude. Then went back for breakfast there was four of us and not one of us was happy with their breakfast my hash browns were disgustingly greasy and burnt tasting, and two of the people had eggs benedict the ham was hard nobody ate that the Hollandaise sauce was disgusting very very disappointed.
