They made a mistake on one of my pizzas due to the way their line printer prints online orders. But the staff took responsibility and made it right, and Although I didn’t expect it they also offered me a free pizza for next time for the trouble of having to drive back. Went there for the Tuesday Special which is order any large pizza for 12.99 and they charged me extra for a 2 topping pizza and said each topping is additional money. I am Autistic and know they ripped me off after speaking to my roommate about it. She said NO they should not have charged me extra because that is not the advertised deal on Tuesdays. We have been to other Papa Murphy’s and had no problem with them. Not going to this one ever again! Corporate headquarters should investigate them. If this had been my only experience at a Papa Murphy’s I would never visit one again and I would tell everyone I know not to go to a Papa Murphy’s.

I had had this pizza in the past and thought it wasn’t very good. I don’t know what they changed, but we got a deep dish pizza on $12 Tuesday a few weeks ago and it was one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had! Lots of toppings and an amazing crust with just the right amount of cheese. We liked it so much we’ve been back twice since the 1st time. The staff are helpful and kind, which I really appreciate. Excellent product and great service for the win!

Im giving zero star I went there yesterday 06/12/2022 I gave tho the cashier $20 dollars cash and I told him I will the rest on my credit card the rest of payment I look my account today I got charged all the amount +20 in cash I got charged twice,that a guy works there I think his the owner he always get mad because I can’t eat pizza sauce when I ask without pizza sauce he always get mad soo much atitud.e ,they not nice people never say I’m sorry ,never say hi to customers, make me sad because I go there because is next to me .your guys need customers to run the business.Be nice
