The girl that made my steak bowl this feb 27 around 4pm needs customer service training. She had an attitude because I wanted fresh ingredients. She gave me 10 pieces of lettuce, I asked for more of that. She was scrapping the pans to fix me a steak bowl. The bowl is $12 , you think I have the right to ask for fresh food. Definitely won’t go there if she is working that day.

Another disappointing Chipotle!. Every time I stop here I’m hoping it’s better than my last visit but that never happens. It’s always bland food, low flavor, and mediocre quality. The people at this store at least acknowledge your existence, but I’ve never had an above average experience at a Chipotle. If you go across the street to Moe’s, everything has more flavor, you get chips; and can mix your own salsas. Make a better choice and find something better than Chipotle.

1/2 the portion size of any other Chipotle. $15 for a bowl means I want a full bowl! Get it together Southington Chipotle! Stop shaking all the food off the spoon when your building a bowl! Chicken chopped way to small. Nobody wants chicken crumbs. 1” pieces are standard everywhere else. Also brown lettuce means don’t use!

Nothing really special about the food.. it’s good or whatever. But their music selection at THIS particular location is fire! Currently blasting Tame Impala at high volumes, and I’ll just come back for this purpose- support anything that makes this dead town feel alive!

Southington CT Chipotle is absolutely horrible. We like Chipotle food and we did get good food there before but this was long time ago. Lately every time we go there they are out of food. We were there few weeks ago and was after 9PM and I can undersrand they are running out of food at that time but that shouldn’t be their excuse. Today we were at dinner time and there is no beans, no salad, no shreded chees. They were scraping bottoms of the pots for food. Save your time and money try another Chipotle location or go to Moe’s. New Chipotle restaurant just open up in Bristol CT should be worth checking out. My neighbor told me that he doesn’t go to Southington restaurant anymore. He said Torrington restaurant is best and then Canton second but could be hit or miss. I won’t be visiting Chipotle restaurant in Southington CT any time soon, to bad because we enjoy Chipotle food.

I go to this location 1-2 times a week since I only live 2 minutes away. I stopped ordering online after waiting a half hour past my pick up time twice. The portions have gotten incredibly small, even when paying for double meat. Ingredients always out of stock and the place is usually a mess. Might start taking my money across the street to Moe’s

This location is very dirty! It looked like there was a food war. Even one of the employees slipped because of all the food on the floor. The tables were a mess an there was no napkins! The fountain machine wasn’t working either! It was 9pm and i know they close at 10pm but common it shouldn’t be this messy! Even one of the employees acknowledged how dirty this place was.

This Chipotle needs to step up. Their portions for bowl is always less than regular. They are always running out of ingredients . There workers are rude. The flavor can be good some days but one time my rice was uncooked and unpleasant. This chipotle located in southington ct is going down.

Was charged for guacamole that I didn’t ordered and server couldn’t refund on my card. To be easy I said just give me the guacamole then. The server was annoyed and extremely rude and got an attitude. She then threw the guacamole at me as it bounce across the counter. Lucky the container didn’t open. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service in the southington location. I didn’t even want guacamole but didn’t want to pay for it on my bill either. I did everything not to throw it back. But other customers saw the whole situation and couldn’t believe that the host/server would act this way. It’s unacceptable and I’m not going back to the southington location.
