We were greeted right away by the person behind the counter, which I think is fantastic. It smells so good in the restaurant, they cook the chicken on an open fire grill. I had a chicken salad, my husband had a burrito and we shared a plate of nachos. Everything was delicious. I will definitely be returning.

Ordered first time online the 16 piece chicken family meal for six people. Our sides were Mac and cheese, Spanish rice, and corn. The order said it would be ready in 13-16 minutes and it was. The chicken was tender and flavorful, although a few were a little dry. The rice was good, the corn was tasty, the Mac and cheese was a little salty and the cheese sauce was a little runny. Tortillas were warm and delicious. Total cost was just under $50 and for six people comes to $8-9/person.

This food is pretty basic. The chicken seriously was dry and had hardly any flavor . The outside just seemed like it was thrown in oil. The churros seemed like an amateur made them. The Mac n cheese was decent. On the good side, the people were nice

Our Recent experience there was like something out of the Twilight Zone. We ordered our food and it was not busy or crowded and my wife and I and several other couples proceeded to sit there for over 30 minutes without getting our food. So we went up there and the staff were shocked and acted surprised and could not find our order in the system so they had to look at our receipt for proof that we ordered and then hastily made our meal and it was bland and mediocre at best. When this place first opened in Utah a few years ago it was fantastic and I hadn’t been back in well over a year and it’s either massively gone downhill or everyone there was just having a really. Really. Really. Really. Bad day….not really sure but not super motivated to go back. We wrote corporate to explain the situation and never heard back. I am not one to leave Negative reviews

For whatever reason getting the order correct is difficult here. Receipt clearly said Mac and cheese as a side option, but got rice. And no notification from anyone on the substitution. Almost didn’t get the chips and guacamole ordered.

I wish I could leave a better review because I like El Pollo Loco but this location usually gets something wrong every time I go. They skimp on their chicken portions, the majority of their chicken bowls are rice and beans, and they forget things like silverware or napkins when you go through the drive-through. It’s too bad because I was excited to see an El Pollo Loco go up close to my work, but I definitely won’t visit as often due to these reasons.

When trying to ask for my salad dressing which is 9/10 times forgotten at this location the lady slammed the window closed and walked away last night. All 3 of my BRC burritos are just rice no beans and no cheese so they’re just R burritos. I’ve complained before and was told they get busy and forget to just ask well it’s hard to ask when while I am speaking your employee slams the window shut and walks away. I am done going to this location

I love EPL but this location needs time to figure things out. Quality is lacking compared to other locations. I expected a bigger and better quality burrito after paying $10+. They were also incredibly slow. It took 30 minutes to get my food with only a few cars ahead of me.I grew up eating EPL in CA, so I hope this location eventually lives up to the OG stores!
