Great new place. I was a little worried when I pulled up, because I thought they were closed. I’m so glad I went in. I ordered the seafood dinner with greens, baked beans, and mac n cheese. I love the slice of lemon they give you with the fish, that’s how I do mine at home. At first I was worried the portions wouldn’t be enough. I am so happy I was wrong! I was definitely full after that meal. The baked beans and fish were definitely my two favorite items. I’ll definitely be back

The staff was very friendly, and prices are fair. You could definitely tell the sides were homade which is a huge plus to me, however the slaw was kinda dry and the hushpuppies were a tad overcooked. Ithe mac and cheese, potato salad, fried green tomatoes, and greens was on point though! I ordered the beef ribs and was informed upfront they was leftover so I will give them another try when they are fresh, they was tough and dry, but that’s to be expected wirth reheating. My girlfriend ordered the fish dinner and chose the cod, she said it was good but woulda been better if it was baked(maybe an option to look into offering?) Over all it wasn’t a hateful experience and we’ll try it again.

First experience, we wanted to spend our money locally. Unfortunately, it was not good and certainly not worth $32 for 2 fish dinners. I ordered cod, mac, slaw, baked beans and hush puppies. ONE piece of cod, small and very small containers of sides. Sides sell for $3 individually, I couldn’t imagine paying $3 for that size. Mac was doughy and not seasoned, beans tasted and looked like pork/beans, slaw was good. Puppies were doughy and not seasoned. Hsb rcvd ONE piece of snapper (dry), told at pu they sold out of potato salad earlier (neglected to say that when ordered placed), yams way too sweet w/too much cinnamon, greens were bland. We would give a 2nd try, but no way when 32 bucks gets you 2 pieces of fish, doughy puppies and a couple of spoons of bland sides. For $7 we could get a fish sandwich and a side, I’m sure that is with one piece of fish. $13 for the same thing? Nope. Not again.
