Ordered Mongolian beef with rice, beef undercooked, slimey…not sure it’s even beef…ordered Mongolian beef from other Chinese restaurants in area and that was real beef…wasted $35 ..first and last time ordering from here..whole order ended in trash can!!!

We ordered almost $60 bucks of food, and order was delivered incorrectly. Then when we called and told them they messed up they proceeded to say we will have to “pay for the fix, to get the correct meals”. So another $30 for 2 meals THEY MESSED UP ON!!

Food is very bad. All the meats are slimy. I’m not sure why. The beef was in a slime, the chicken was in a slime. Everything was just very nasty. We throw most of the food away 🙁 waste of almost $100.00

Food was bad. Chicken slimey. How can you mess up friend rice. No eggs no nothing. Only horrible chickn and rice. When asked what happened to the eggs they said they don’t put eggs in friend rice wow.

Wow you can eat inside I think this is mainly a takeout place egg rolls are good skip the potstickers Mongolian beef is a little chewy but pick your other options if you like it hot ask for the chili sauce instead of just hot sauce

If I could give this establishment zero stars, I would. I ordered dinner on UberEats from China King at 5:30 on a Sunday with an estimated delivery of 6:30 which was perfectly fine. When 6:30 came around, my order was delivered and I quickly realized that the Seafood Fried Rice I ordered, was instead Seafood Soup. I immediately called the restaurant and a young girl answered the phone. After I told her about my situation, she transferred me to the most unprofessional and quite frankly, dumbest manager (if you want to call him that). I explained my situation again and did not apologize or offer a refund but instead said someone would bring me what I ordered and SWAP it out with the food they delivered. I verified my address 3 different times and he rushed to get off the phone. Now, an hour later, I still don’t have my food. I called back to the restaurant, in which, the manager answers and tells me, they are busy. I said okay but would like to know how much longer my food would be. This is when the real kicker happens… he now tells me that they aren’t “supposed” to deliver anywhere outside of Bonita Springs and asks if I can come pick up the order. I tell him no and he proceeds to tell me that he can give me a credit at the restaurant, if I want. I am beyond floored. As one who works in the restaurant industry, I am disgusted.
