I had to wait for the chicken, but it was worth it! I was offered a courtesy cup for a drink! The place was clean!!!! The staff were sweet ! We purchased 2-20 piece meals! Everything was there! The manager made sure our biscuits and fries came out around the same time! We didn’t have to ask for plates and cutlery! It was already packed! Keep up the good work

Never fails what Bojangles I go to, something is always wrong with my order no matter what I get. Staff were very nice and polite taking and giving my order, but got home to half my order missing and wrong. Do better Bojangles and pay attention when packing orders! I’m sure the lady in line ahead of me got half of my order so now two customers have bad experiences and did not get what they paid for.

I had a pretty large order which most places get annoyed by, but the woman at the register was happy to help me. They had my order ready to go in a short amount of time. I was missing something which is understandable with an order of that size. When I came back to get it they resolved it within a few seconds. I would definitely recommend visiting these folks. Do not come here late at night… my husband and I ordered TWO supremes 5 piece chicken tender meals with sweet tea. First of all I was very disappointed that they no longer sell Bo’s special sauce. We settled for buffalo. We had to wait ten minutes for our food in drive through but I was confused since there were no other cars. Whilst we were waiting, I took a sip of my “sweet” tea. It was overly sweet and thick as if it had been sitting in a dirty bucket for a while it was even slimy. My husband had to go back in and trade our drinks. We got home and started eating our meals. The biscuit was way too salty and the chicken was undercooked breading was still soggy. Also the fries tasted old and stale. Every bojangles has disappointed me with the poor quality. Do better.

Cold wings and flat biscuits. Ordered 3 PC wing with 2 biscuits and they were super bonkers flat. Wings had clearly been stuck under the warmer for hours but were barely luke warm. Bad for business.
