The food is always Great! I am very excited for the new one opening a half a block from my house! However, oftentimes the app will not open, or it takes several minutes to get the app open! I have not been able to use it in several weeks on my orders. By the time I remember to get in to the app to see if it’ll open when I’m at home, I’ve already gotten rid of the bag which had the receipt in it. Not happy about that!

The girl working the window probably the nicest person I’ve experienced at Zaxbys in a while and made sure the order and sauces were correct. Amazing food! This was our first time and we were super excited to try it and was not disappointed! However, we witnessed a manager belittle one of his employees and it was very unprofessional. I would like to see the manager spoken to and reminded that his employees are there to be encouraged, especially now.

Is it too much to ask at 11:30a.m. for HOT or even warm bonless wings? Come on Zaxbys. So sad what has happened to fast food these days. You ask too much money for this quality of food. Not the first time this has happened at other locations. Guess I need to go back to packing my own sandwich.

Very clean. Fast service. I prefer to go inside places. I don’t like waiting in drive throughs. The extra zax sauce is .50 cents just know that if you like extra sauce. The sweet tea is on point. As is the food.

I usually love Zaxby’s and it never disappoints, except for this time. I got boneless wings and when I received them they were literally cold. Not even the slightest bit of warm. I couldn’t go back because the line was so long and they were closed after but it’s just disappointing when you get boneless wings served cold like they were either sitting out for too long or just simply not cooked all the way. My fries and toast were warm, but it doesn’t make sense how the main part of my meal is literally almost frozen and not served correctly. Do better Zaxby’s 🙂
