Went to pick up my order at 5:25 PM, the person behind the counter claims, they lost my ticket and explained that it’ll be another 10 minutes. After awaiting the additional time, the kitchen brings out my order, all wrong. Last week I ordered a pizza for delivery and they called me asking me to pick it up because they didn’t have delivery drivers anymore. And that week I went to the store to weigh the pizza to avoid the same problem and the owner told the attendant that he wasn’t going to take my order because he was the only one to make the pizza and I had an order of six pizzas and they would close at 9 pm. Ordered pizzas by phone to pick up. They were ready on time, the crust was thin and crispy, and the toppings were very good. They could have had slightly more tomato sauce and cheese.

I’ve been already twice around 8:45 and you guys already closed the kitchen, you should change the hours of operation if you are not serving food till 9. It’s really delicious the food but you should probably fix that so we don’t run from our jobs thinking that we still have time to eat there and it’s already closed.

I’ve been ordering in and eating out here for 2 years. At first it was amazing, then some dishes were lacking flavors. I’ve had the delivery driver forget my drinks 2x. And today I was just very upset. I ordered a personal pie with mushrooms, sausage, pepperoni and extra cheese as well as their garlic rolls. I was very upset that my crust was not crispy at all. I literally had to put my pizza in the airfryer so I can get that nice crisp pizza crust you’re suppose to get. They’re definetly skimming on the ingredients because anytime I’d order anything on top it was loaded and now it had some here and there but nothing crazy. The garlic rolls were so dry and just went to the trash. What was suppose to be a nice dinner turned out to more work. I might as well have cooked myself at this point. Looks like I’ll be looking for a new go to spot 🙁

Unfortunately I won’t be going back to Rotelli. I’m a frequent customer here and called in for 2 small pizzas. They gave me the total, which was $32. What arrived was two tiny 10 inch personal pizzas. Not enough at all to feed 2 adults & 2 kids and certainly not justifiable to charge $32 for.
