Waited in the drive through for 20 minutes. Decided to try inside. We ask what’s on the breakfast sandwich and her response was “I literally don’t know.” Instead of going and checking. The lady says she doesn’t know how to make any coffee as well I think this girl just walked in here and said she works here. She couldn’t find anything on the screen when we were ordering. She made our coffee and didn’t put almond milk like I asked and then laughed about it like we haven’t been here for 45 minutes. This place is going downhill fast

Stopped at this location at 4:20pm on a Friday. Drive thru had orange cone placed at entrance so obviously no cars allowed. Went inside and the person working was cleaning the machines and told me they now close at 4pm. Apparently this is a constant issue with this location as previous reviews show. As a result, I will never come back here again. Instead I will drive a few miles south and go to the one located in Monroe OH.

They are never open during posted business hours. Went today at 5pm, posted hours listed show they are open until 8pm. As I get out of my car to go in, since the drive thu is also never open, an employee sitting in his car smoking tells me that they are closed. This has happened on every occasion that I have gone to this location in the past year.

5 stars for the subway, Dunkin donuts and the front cashier but when I was in my shower the guy cleaning my shower knocked on my door and asked me how I got in I told him the app and he told me no you didn’t like I stole the shower lol. What a joke. I guess I’ll just keep going cause if this place has shower theft lord knows what might happen when I’m in the parking lot

Google Maps says they are open now, made a special trip since this is the only location that opens earlier than 5. Here at 4:22am and there are plenty of donuts and employees working but was rudely turned away and told they open at 5:00 am like the other locations. Disappointed and won’t try this location in the future.

MONTH LATER it’s 530 And nobody here even drive thru is closed … Says it opens at 4am inside sign says 5am to 4pm well it’s 5:15 and manager isn’t even here to open but three employees are here.. this place lacks a good leadership.4/8/23 this was my last hopes it’s 730am and they refuse to open drive thru which force people to walk in guess I’ll stick to Starbucks
