This is our 5th time here. They’re trying their best and I can understand getting orders wrong but forgetting the meat off of a hamburger is not okay. They added an extra item to our order, even when we explained it 3 times at the drive thru speaker and twice at the window. We were sold and extra item but chose to make a fuss but then we get hombre agree a long day worth skipped meals and there’s no meat and water instead of gravy.

Always a good experience here, out of multiple visits, only had an issue with food and it was simply just being over cooked. All it took to solve the issue was mentioning it to someone to have it taken care of. Only downside is how over priced the ice cream is, not as bad as a few other places but still a little high.

My 12 year old son and I went to lunch today at 12:30 pm. Thought it would be busy, but it wasn’t. They all had great customer service and patiently waited for us to figure out our order. Not only did they get our order correct, they were so quick that we were still filling up our drinks when they brought out the food. It was hot and delicious. My blizzard was perfect. I think they’re doing a great job.

I only come here for the blizzards, and when this location first opened, it was great. Now, it is nice just to get your whole order right. We went tonight, and the woman in the intercom was very rude. When we got to the window, we asked them to repeat our order and she had forgotten many items. Then when we got our order, many of the blizzards were half melted. We ate them anyways, but the cake batter cookie dough one we ordered was not what we received. It also made me feel incredibly nauseous. I don’t believe we will be going here again.

A failure from day one. Dairy Queen is famous for great food and good service. The new Anna restaurant obviously didn’t get the memo. Food is always cold, the staff couldn’t care less. The last (and I mean LAST) attempt was an order for a strawberry shake. The milk was soured. Go anywhere but here. DQ has always been a favorite, but not in Anna.

The white manager, Jen, thinks it’s ok to use the n-word on social media and work related chats, and to bully, and encourage the bullying of, teenagers. Not acceptable. Corporate was made aware and she’s still employed there.

Drive thru lines moves quick. I wish the blizzard add-ins went all the way to the bottom. I could also go for not having my DQ turned upside down before handing to me out the drive thru window. The ice cream is good.

Been there a few times now and the food quality is not as good as other Dairy Queen’s. Blizzards have hardly anything in them compared to other DQs and fries were soggy. I know they are new so I do hope quality improves.
