took almost 50 minutes for two 16 price chicken buckets. Inside the restaurant was filthy. Tables are greasy and dirty floor was very very dirty and greasy. Mop bucket was left out there was nowhere to place your trash. I will not go back chicken was awful.

It’s a wonder how this place stays open. One of the dirtiest facilities with the most incompetent crew. Friendly yet so incompetent. Took at least 45 min in the drive-thru for a “quick pick-up”.

I just wanted a chicken sandwich and bit into a hard bit of fried gristle. I wanted mashed potatoes and got cole slaw. I contacted bite squad only to be told I needed to contact the restaurant. I called the restaurant EIGHT times with no answer. I called David Baker who is listed as the manager and got no answer. There has been no resolution and I would not recommend KFC or bite squad to anyone.

Service has greatly improved. Wait time for large orders is less than 10 minutes. I order at the window & if I have to wait, I drive around to the front door & they bring it to my car. The last 4 times I went the staff were very friendly & helpful. The chicken is good. I tried the lemon cake last time & it was good & moist. I only wish they would bring back green beans as a side.

My chicken was over cooked and missing 2 of the large side. Then the large side i did get were not even full like it use to be. This is the first time my chicken was overly cooked but i saw all the chicken like it was over cooked. If wanted crispy chicken i would have ordered it. I wanted original. Chicken also looked like someone got the chicken and put it back in the fryer to get cooked which i know because i use to work for KFC in a different state and this is the first time I have ever seen the original well all of it was over cooked.
