They apparently do not open until 12 on Sunday. I had placed an order online for an 11:30 pick up time (the website said they opened at 11). I started heading down around 11:20 and that’s when I received a call from one of the employees. She was the only one in the store and that they technically don’t open until 12pm so she’s not sure how I was able to order. She said she would try her best to get the order done before 12. She was very polite over the phone and in person. There were 2 other people inside waiting for their food when I arrived at 12 and she handled it like a boss. The food was delicious

I ordered a pizza and butter pasta. The container was not closed all the way and spilled all in the plastic bag and dropped over my car seat and the pizza box. I called Mr. spearman at the store who was rude, sarcastic and wanted me to bring in the pasta from yesterday that was all over the bag. I will be following up.

Not enough sauce on my large pizza. I didn’t see any. The crust was “fluffy” not the thin crust I am used to. Toppings were ok. Stick with the thick pepperoni. They have done better.

Horrible place. Half of the pizza was dry and burnt meanwhile the other half undercooked..? Very confused …. as to how pizza can even do that. Wings were burnt and drying, no Buffalo or bbq sauce smothered on it. Just some on top.

It was extremely busy with a long line of customers waiting on orders. I placed my order online that took 30 minutes longer than anticipated but the managers and employees were very pleasant and took care of the order. The food was good. My kids and I enjoyed the pizza.

Not a great Experience. Employee was rude and seemed bothered by us ordering in the restaurant and not online and continued to repeat that the dining area was closed. Food was hot but nothing stood out to garner a return visit.

I placed an order online and when I got there they told me they did not have my order. I had to go back home to get a confirmation number. I went all the way back home to get the order number and called them before going back. They told me they did re dive the order. I ordered a meat lovers pizza and all I could see and taste was pepperoni and sausage! I asked for two cups of ice and I was told I would be charged 4.58–the cost of two sodas.
