This location has pretty quick service, that is so important these days. The order arrived withing 5 minutes! We were so happy. The associate taking the order took his time to make sure everything was right, which is paradoxically not the experience you get in Philly where they really rush through orders, and that felt a little out of place. The cheesesteak had plenty of meat and cheese. I just wish they had regular fries and that they’d open sooner! We had to wait about an hour until 11 so we went to the nearby Target and Home Depot to wait.

I kinda go here sometimes but today was the worst!! I got the Gilroy and asked for extra garlic. I’m eating it now and I’m half way through with no garlic at all!! $14 for a special order and you mess it up? Really?!?!? I think I’ll take the special trip to Castro Valley next time. You guys are horrible in every way now, from food to service and cleanliness. No thank you!

They charge extra for provolone cheese. I thought it’s part of the sandwich. French fries were terrible, dripping wet with grease. I would not recommend it.

The cook used her hand to wipe her nose and didn’t wash her hands, fries were not thoroughly cooked and appeared wet, as did the bread on my philly , cheese was not melted and the texture of the whole thing was jus awful. The soda machine was dirty af I ended up not even drinking mine. Will not return to this location and wouldn’t recommend it.

I have to disagree with the last post, my husband went in and the associate’s were goofing off (not paying attention to detail) and got our order wrong, which sucks when you try to call ahead to let them know and no-one picks up the phone. Not only that but when returning, to have our order remade the manager and associate were arguing over my order. If a customer returns with the food assume that it was wrong and apologize for the inconvenience and correct it, don’t try to justify it
