There was a mixup with our order and another customers. Called the store and was instantly answered. The employee who answered the phone was so paitent and did everything she could to understand the situation. The store manager at the time, Kyle, was so apologetic and did whatever he could to make it right. Mistakes happen sometimes but I so appreciate the awesome customer service I recieved. Will definetely be back.

It really is hit or miss. Not great, not completely horrible. When we have to call to request something to be fixed they are usually on it. They just need better quality control before the pizza goes out. If someone actually read the order before they boxed it…. could save a lot of people some irritation.

Order extra cheese on my pizza and didn’t receive it. On the receipt it even says extra cheese. I know it’s a simple mistake, but that’s a whole extra dollar. Also, my roomate 3 days prior ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni, sasuage, extra pepperoni, and extra cheese, only to get a large regular pepperoni pizza. He was charge 19$ before delivery and tip and receive 12$ worth of food. Seems like they need a triple check system ensure pizza with the right topping go to the right places.

The crew was nice but I had to come back to get my pizza remade. The lady whom I spoke with (sam) was very rude and smart with me while I was trying to explain the issue and was mad cause she was not able to talk and interupt me while I was explaining the issue. Once I got there she seemed very eager to get me out of there and proceeded to get personal by asking questions she had no business in asking, I would not recommend her service.

They have some of the rudest most unprofessional employees at Dell range and this is acceptable by their managers. If you ask about your order being 20 minutes late, their rude employe with no work ethic (who will go nowhere in life) will tell you “if you want your order faster, fill out an application” don’t waste your night waiting on Dell range to actually do their job.

Terrible experience… pizza obviously wasn’t cooked enough as the crust was doughy and you could tell in some spots actually raw! So much flour on it too! We didn’t want to waste but ended up tossing the whole thing after the first slice (felt sick after) Go to the other pizza places in town… this is my third back to back terrible experience with this place.

Ordered five hours in advance for a specific time. Pizza came 30 minutes late and cold. With tip, delivery fee (which just goes straight to corporate ), and bloated prices. You pay 40$ for a cold late pizza. Anymore it’s just not okay.
