I ordered the 2 meal plate and Beijing beef seemed more like fried pork skins, meat was all burnt and they thought they could cover it up with the sauce. I should be going back for a full refund. This was just today at 1140, just in case you take a trip there you’ll know what NOT to order

I give up on this White settlement store can not staff the store. Ridgmar only four people can run the place but Ridgmar said they discontinued sizzling shrimp ? I’m not sure the employees know what they’re doing. I give this store an F. Please send in restaurant rescue !

Not as good as usual. Everything was very dry. Food did not appear very fresh. Orange chicken was ok but the Beijing beef was terrible. The best thing was the diet coke from the fountain. I hate giving a review like this but honestly I’m being very generous with my review. It’s 6:12 pm food should be fresh people…..

The food was absolutely delicious…… oooooweeeewwww the teriyaki chicken did I for me. I was extra succulent. The order was correct, and the food was hot. We had service with a smile. The workers were clean, organized, and professional. We will definitely be returning.

Are you kidding . How can you have nothing in your bowls ready to serve on a Sunday at 7pm. This is my third poor experience at this location in as many months. No way it is a coincidence. What is the point of a drive-thru with an eight to twelve minute wait? And customer service is a joke. A little kindness goes a long way.

Use to love this location but now the rice is under cooked and hard. The shrimp I ordered smelled like fish and tasted spoil. Took all items back to ask for a refund. Was told by Valeria M(as she rolled her neck) that she can do a refund as the manager was not there. Went the next day as she had the same attitude and took everything so personal and again no manager. Will see what day 3 brings but miss me with the attitude miss lady! Drive thru always closed! Hardly anyone here now and I see why!
