I walked in to the 11719 S Texas 6, Sugar Land, TX 77498 location to place an order, the girl at the drive through told me to use the kiosk, I told her I’d rather talk to a person, she said she couldn’t help me so I said you just lost my business and walked out. Employees keep referring people to the kiosk inspite it not being busy inside. Not everyone knows how to use it and this is laziness on the employees part. The employees are being impersonal and unprofessional. Remember this is the Customer Service Business, I am a Customer, don’t treat me like I’m an inconvenience to you!

I am absolutely flabbergasted at this location. I had asked for 50 sauces and only received 45. After paying 5 dollars extra for the sauces, I came home to realize that they only gave me 45. I don’t think I can ever recover from this blasphemy. Will not be going to this Taco Bell anymore.
