Tried this new Restraunt not really knowing what to expect. We entered to a very clean environment. The walls are lined with scripture. The entrance has a picture perfect area of vines and cute seating. The cuisine is authentic Mexican food, hand made with quality ingredients. There are vegan options as well as light menu options. My husband tried the hambugersa Mexicana which included ham and bistek on top of a tender beef patty. I chose the Volcanes: la Gloria & chilaca (similar to chalupa) with authentic ingredients. The green salsa is the best sprinkled on top, I hear the red is spicy. We also tried the street corn, delicious. Corn on the cob(white corn) topped with mayo, quest blanco, sprinkled with tajin looking powder, and underneath it all chipotle sauce drizzled on the plate. Side note: they also have cauliflower wings!

This is definitely a gem of an authentic and delicious Mexican restaurant! The atmosphere is beautiful, it just feels different here, they make you feel at home. The food is delicious, they particularly have one of the best fried and seasoned cauliflower I have ever had! Can’t wait to return to try their signature burger, will update soon!

I had never tried it prior to today but I loved the fried cauliflower and delicious homemade dipping sauce! Definitely recommend it as an appetizer or to eat as a meal. I look forward to trying out the rest of the menu!

Honestly wasn’t sure what to expect. Definitely surpassed my expectations in quality. Ordered the trompo and thought it was a small portion but it was very filling. Definitely recommend this place and food is fresh. Great job

As a SP food critic i am especially picky with my meals. I went in to this gem of a restaurant at night with my wife when no one else was there. You can tell they have a passion for food and great Customer service. Very friendly staff. Me and my wife let the owner and chefs pick what we would eat. They gave us about 5 plates of everything they wanted us to try. Now i will say this you can tell they are new to this whole restaurant thing, and i caught them off guard so close to closing.. BUT nonetheless the food was delicious. Having had the trompo and the enchiladas and the burger sampled there. The trompo and enchiladas and steak tacos were great but could have been hotter temperature wise. But the star of the show hands down was THE BURGER!!! An Absolute must have! Id go as far as saying one of the best here locally! Soft and fresh bakery buns crunchy outside with a soft center, juicy well cooked beef with ham and a tempered “costra” style cheese with just the right toppings accompanied by hand down no contest the BEST fries in the valley. Well.. Wow. Just order the burger.. See for yourself. Going back soon to make sure it doesn’t disappoint. Will update with the details.
