This is your typical fast food burger restaurant. Drive thru open 24 hours. Restaurant is mostly empty every time I have come for lunch. Service is average and employees could be more friendly. Prices have gotten expensive so best to bring your coupons. Superstar and western bacon cheeseburger have always been classics that you can’t go wrong with.

I just wanted a little something to hold me over, so I stopped by Carl’s Jr. I thought, “Oh, I’ll just get some chicken strips”…so that’s what I initially ordered. I was told my total would be over $12!!!! I was confused and thought maybe other items were added to my order, so I asked if my order was JUST the 3 chicken strips…he said “YES”!! OMG!!! I then asked, “$12 for ONLY the chicken strips and nothing else?”….Yup! The total was correct. Omg….so I changed my order! But oh man, that was surprising! Never again. So disappointed on cost of 3 strips.

This is supposed to be a big carl. They use kids meat for the kids Burger. And kids bun. If you look at the picture it comes on a sesame bun it’s supposed to have regular size patties both of these patties together equal one patty. Horrible

Slow drive through. Don’t do it. After a 12hr shift I didn’t want to wait 20min in the drive through at 8pm at night andand no one was/is in front of me.

Ordered 2 monster biscuit sandwiches, both biscuits were burnt and hard. Actually tasted a bit old too (tried one bite). Was $22 for both meals, tasted worse than a day old gas station biscuit. Second time something like this happened to me here. Save yourself sometime and money go to McDonalds or Starbucks.

I really appreciate the hard work of the employee that served me. He was the only person working he had to take orders and then cook the food he was working hard and was very helpful with my special order. As of January 6th they still had the $2.99 special on the Big Carl that is an insane value.

24 hr drive thru and usually there is not much of a line. the spicy chicken was decent but I’ve had better. also at night these streets are pretty dark around here, there’s not alot of choices in the area have to drive far. will update on their oreo shake quality next time!
