This is absolutely the worst Dunkin’ donuts I’ve ever been to. I go to Dunkin everyday. This one has one or two good employees like the kid Courtney and this little manager who was pregnant at the time but they also have some very very rude ignorant employees. I’m sure the owner is paying them cash under the table because they barely speak English. They have messed up my order on numerous occasions and I order Uber eats a lot and when I order it you cannot put in special instructions or add more than 10 creams which is the way I drink my coffee so I usually place the order and call. Today I called them about 17 times and then finally when she answered the girl told me the order is already gone and there’s nothing she can do about it and basically to kick rocks. I told her I don’t want the order she said there is no way in hell they’re refunding my money. I refuse the order at the door and told the driver to take it back and they still would not refund my money. Finally after fighting with Uber eats and proving to them that I did not accept the order Uber eats refunded my money. This woman should not be working anywhere nor she should be allowed to speak to any type of customer that way.

I started coming to this dunks from a long way,I stop in to use the restroom(bc i drive a long way),just about every morning,most of them are very friendly,tall guy with glasses especially..well there’s one short girl who ALWAYS has an attitude, this morning she tells me “this is the last time using the bathroom,its for customers only!”..well,I’m THEE most loyal dunks customer I says,she shrugged her shoulders and rolled her eyes..I didn’t realize it was such an inconvenience for her to push a button”when she’s standing there anyway!…I’ve come across some rude employees at dunks,but this girl needs to watch a video on how to talk to people!!!(never know who’s watching little girl!)

Have been going here for years but today was the last time. Placed an order at 10:05am, waited for over 20 minutes for them to make me 2 sandwiches while they talked and went in the back and talked more, so finally when the lady gets started on my food she burns it. Literally caught on fire. I just walked out, no time for this.

We go here all the time but we will never be going back as of today. We paid for 2 large signature lattes and we got two large cups with straight up just milk and ice. There was not even a hint of coffee in it, we had to add our own coffee to try to save it and it was still bad. Either the Sunday staff needs to be taught how to make the drinks or they ran out of coffee and they are ripping everyone off.
