After one visit, Shake Shack has become one of my favorite places for a burger! Their Bourbon Burger is a flavor explosion, with a juicy patty, crispy bacon, melted cheddar cheese, and this amazing bourbon glaze that takes it to a whole new level. And let me tell you about their Spicy Cheese Fries…10/10. The whole vibe at Shake Shack is welcoming, the staff is super friendly, and I’m already planning my next visit to try more food! There was plenty of seating and parking. The men’s bathroom was a bit unkept…but it’s not a deal breaker (in my opinion).

Consistent with the other Shake Shacks that I have been to. Good burgers, customer service, and a clean, modern, and casual dining area. We had the classic double burger along with the white truffle when we visited this location. If you like cheesy and creamy burgers you will definitely like the white truffle burger!

Burgers are well seasoned, bun is toasted and the burgers are usually well put together unlike some other local options. If you are a fan of spicy but not overwhelmingly so ask for a side of the chopped cherry peppers. They are a great addition to any burger that doesn’t come with them already.

The people working at this location can’t put together an order completely. For the third time in last six months they have shorted us items that we paid for and they show little concern when questioned about it. Tonight not only did they miss items we paid for we received burgers with the most pathetic bits of lettuce and tomatoes. Horrible service. We will be going to Five Guys from now on.

I went in not knowing what to expect. I was guessing it would be similar to Five Guys. First thing I noticed was the small menu. Not too much to choose from. Then I ordered and the lady was nice. The chicken burgers were $7 and the fries was $4.

At nearly 10 dollars a burger and 4 for fries, you barely get a a full meal for 15 dollars. Nor do they give you the quality of food you’d expect at such a price point. The burger pictured had terrible sauce distribution and the fries are lackluster, id much rather go somewhere else where id be able to get some good value for my money.
