Food is delicious. Fresh? I actually watched them make my tortillas. They could benefit from a better a/c. No one there speaks English, and I don’t speak Spanish. But we got it figured out. You can tell this operation is important to them. And the line of locals kept refilling. Obviously, they have a dedicated customer base. The little places always have the best food.

Was excited to try this place but highly disappointed. Tortillas had no flavor, the menudo was not great and had no hominy or at least given the option. We got a few other items and just weren’t impressed. The masa on their tamales was good, but the meat inside was incredibly dry. The lengua was tender but had no flavor. The barbacoa was dry and had zero salt.

This place has fresh tortillas, fresh menudo and fresh pan dulce. We didn’t dine in here because we walked in from 105 degree weather to double that inside because it is a tortilleria. Our stomachs turned at the smell of the food. We decided to try out taqueria zacapu instead.

Flour tortillas are irresistable. Never been one to just eat plain tortillas. Had 2 bags so far just as snacks/lunch.SO GOOD. Picadillo Burrito filling-Excellent. Not what i expected for a burrito. Will get picadillo taco (or 2 or 3 or 4) next time.

Today I went and I was trying to speak Spanish but it was difficult for me to handle the language and the cashier treat me very badly because I did not understand her. But another cashier arrived and if I am not mistaken she’s new because the system couldn’t do much but she is a sweetheart they should hired more staff like that she treat me very nice she speak English I like her service s lot but they should talk to the other because its seems she’s very mean and give a bad service
