Food is always great. I order to pick up at the window and normally everything is ready at the promised time. But this time i had to wait an extra 15 minutes. Didn’t seem to be very busy. Only 2 cars in the parking lot and while i was waiting only 1 other car came to the pick up window. Of course i will go back, it’s too good not to. Everybody has a bad day maybe they were today.

First and last time I ever go there. They have no prices for products and change prices according to the day. Strange. The pizza has no flavor and the crust is like eating cardboard the sauce is tomato sauce with no flavor the pizza was ordered with 100 slices of pepperoni and extra cheese there was very little on the pizza. The way a pizzas is made crust sauce meat and cheese and they put cheese meat and sauce on backwards. It was the worst pizza I’ve ever eaten in my entire life. Totally unorganized and completely a waste of our time and money. Yuck!!!!

This is the 1st time (outside of Chinese food, Chinese food always gets EVERYTHING right) I’ve had my WHOLE entire order correct & good. Since b4 covid no one cares about our food, quality of our food, & on time. I wanted just one place, JUST ONE, to have my order correct & Worthsville Donatos did exactly that tonight & on a busy night. Delivery was prompt as they stated, food was hot, everything I ordered & tasted just as good. TY Donatos employees, you did a great job. Only 1 issue I ordered the Italian chef salad & ONLY had 1 pepperoni, 1 Banana pepper, & tons of black olives. This should be fixed.

This review is for the Donatos in Greenwood. I ordered 2 pizzas, buy 1get 1 with my zoo book coupon. I wanted my friend 2 try Donatos as it is my favorite pizza but I order from the Speedway location. My friend got a med sausage, mushroom, extra cheese and extra sauce. The large pizza was sausage, pepperoni, bacon, mushroom, onion, extra chees and sauce. I asked 2 have the lg well done and both square cut. Let’s just say there was hardly any ingredients on either pizza, they made my friends pizza burnt and the lg was not cooked all the way, doughy. When I called the mgr took the info and my name, after explaining she said they would b replaced. I tried 2 call ahead several times 2 let them know I had 2 free pizzas coming, noone ever answered, when I got there the mgr never recorded that I had 2 free pizzas coming. I called corporate and a general mgr was supposed 2 call me, noone ever called. I called the Greenwood location backh and a mgr named Tina answered. I told her I called the store back because a gen mgr never called me back from corporate. She said she didn’t need me 2 talk 2 her like that and hung up. This is the worst c.s. I ever experienced. I would definitely reccomend the Speedway location if it not 2 far out of your way and I would never recommend the Greenwood location ever! Bad product, bad c.s., bad management! Pretty bad I paid around 30$ and my friend used her free pizza coupon for 2 pizzas that were supposed 2 b free! I only gave a 1 because u have to 2 leave a post!

Great food, decent food. However, I must add that as I was to go into dining room/restaurant for my order, dining room was locked & had to wait in drive-thru to receive the order. My food was getting cold & wasn’t as warm as it is normally. Otherwise, keep up the great work!

Worst dining experience of my life. Here’s my child’s ham and cheese sub and my wife’s meatball sub. They were shocked that we weren’t satisfied. Typically delivery takes an hour and a half to two hours for us and always results like this unless you order pizza. Pizza is ok but this location sucks hard and makes zero attempt to improve.
