Pizza on the left barely had any cheese on it. One on the right had so much sauce the toppings slid off after picking a slice up. This isn’t my issue with this location. The workers on the evening shift. Definitely need to take some customer service courses. When I called last time about my issue of no cheese and toppings swimming in sauce. The young guy that answered was rude and very short with his answers. Don’t know who’s in charge of that location but they definitely need a different career. If that’s how they run that place. Always get an attitude when asking for extra garlic butter or seasoning packets. Now the Papa John’s across town by the interstate. That’s the one to go to. They’re always friendly and the pizzas are great. Never an issue there. Wouldn’t be an issue but my daughter loves Papa John’s. When she was visiting last weekend. That’s what we decided to have for dinner. After little to no cheese and eat to much sauce. We couldn’t eat it. What was the point if it’s not made how we want it. So in the trash it went and we drove across town to the other location.

It’s insane that they charged us .69 EACH for these little seasoning packets. The cashier didn’t tell us the total until after he ringed it up. Thought they were free so I asked for 10. Please inform us better before you ring it up. Was not happy with the service.

Ordered my pizza and they don’t dice or chop the toppings…I had huge pieces of onion and green peppers on my pizza. Toppings weren’t spread through the pizza. All in the middle! Guess what happens when you have heavy toppings on a pizza…they fall off with the cheese while you’re trying to eat it! I used to work in food…it’s giving lazy prep. The manger Tammy’s excuse was the toppings come in that way…$20 on a lazy poor made pizza. So are you telling me it’s coming in pre packed??? She said it’s still fresh they just come in that way. Papa John’s is definitely losing its quality. I’ll try the other one Ring rd. Thanks for nothing. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with this restaurant one time I received my brownie and it wasn’t even cut! The manager was extremely rude!!! She said she’s the general manger…your the general manager working nights!!! That screams staffing issues. You lost a customer

It’s not bad for fast food, although I do like their Papadias. Papa Johns is quick and convenient, but there are better pizza places out there locally. Little Charlie’s, Boomboz, Imperizellis, and Godfathers are all considerably better. You may pay a bit more, but you get what you pay for. All said, Papa Johns is still a good place for pizza that’s cheap, quick, and convenient.

Never ordering from here again. Almost $60 for 1 pizza, order of cheese sticks and a cookie. Just to get it 20 minutes late and only lukewarm and didn’t feel like the manager cared when I called. I had to put it back in the oven just so we could eat it hot!

I ordered the pizza at 4:30 PM to be delivered at 6:00PM. I t arrived at 6:37PM! I spent over 52.00 $! I called and complained! I was told that they were short handed and the manager refused to do anything about it. The delivery driver didn’t even know my name! I made the mistake of paying in advance! So besides the order being wrong I paid their delivery fee and tipped the driver 20% in advance! The weather isn’t great, but the attitude of the on the manager has convinced me that I will be ordering from Pizza Hut from this point on! I have every intention of contacting the Corporate Office, as soon as I calm down! Order anywhere besides the store on Dixie next to the Baskin and Robins store!

Order was out for delivery for over an hour and when i tried to tell the manager what was going on i was told if i dont like it i can get over it. Will never spend another dollar with papa johns. I have a gluten allergy and ordered a gluten free pizza. My husband picked up our pizza and nothing was said to him. The pizza had a gluten free label on it and it was NOT gluten free. I realized this after eating a piece. I have been sick for 2 days. Tammy was absolutely awful to my husband when he called her to let her know. No apology, NOTHING was done to try to make it right. She was the rudest person we have ever encountered in the food service business industry!

Ordered for pick up. Received update order was ready. Something happened, I got there and theu said order was dropped so theu have to make it again. No biggie, things happen. Had to wait an additional 10-12 min theu said. Even after mishap and delay. They brought my 4 orders of wings to me. One box crushed and didn’t even put order in a bag. Not at all easy to balance 4 plastic containers and prevent sliding and spilling. No discount offer or anything. Then get home to find they aren’t cooked all the way. Raw in the center and cold so had to finish cooking them too.
