The service really diminished the food. The employees were too busy playing on their phones, making videos, and they messed up our order in the process. When we were trying to get someone’s attention to tell them our order was wrong, they were still on their phone, as seen in my photo. It’s absolutely ridiculous.

Good food after a long day! The decor of the place and the music wasn’t very inviting but it was comfortable. The service could use a tiny bit of work. The guy taking the orders didn’t listen to the customers well and his voice was so quiet that no one could hear him. I did however like how they paid attention to details like sending someone out to clean tables often.

This place was the worst I went there yesterday to purchase some blizzard for my child. The young lady at the cash register was behaving awful she was arguing with some other colleagues. I was right Infront of her standing to order she was very ghetto!!! She was even saying curse word and I was right Infront of her you guys need to train your employees better . She needs to be fired she was wearing a red sweat shirt with glasses awful behavior from her !!!!

They get your order wrong EVERY time. When you order a combo in can’t be any simpler. Burger, fries, drink. How do you miss the fries EVERY time? Order a salad. Expect to eat it with your hands because apparently throwing in that plastic fork is too difficult to remember. None of this should be a surprise. Watch what happens behind the counter and it always looks like complete chaos. And $35 for fast-food lunch for two??!! i go through Grand Marais once/year, and many years ago I said “never again.” Well, now I’m committed. There are other options in town.

I was going to lower my rating, instead I will make a suggestion. I started ordering online in hopes to lessen my frustration with crowds and chaos while visiting dq. However the fact that they do not have an online pickup area only causes problems every single time. Just to get to the counter to tell someone you have an online order is a battle in itself. I won’t be returning until this is resolved.

Food was as usual as every dairy queen but service was very slow. bathroom wasn’t clean. If there is nothing to eat then go here but if there are other restaurants available go there.
