Afternoons only: Lobby is usually dirty. Counting to 40 is hard apparently when trying to order the 40 piece nugget for the whole family. Complained about being short nuggets and didn’t get taken seriously. When you got 4 people to feed who eat 10 each… pretty frustrating to be short.

Every time I have been here in the past 2 years every single table is dirty. The ketchup dispenser is filthy with ketchup on the counter. The floors have not been swept. And the upholstery is excessively worn. Do not recommend. If the lobby looks like this, what does the kitchen look like?

We hardly ever go to McDonald’s and after stopping at this one tonight we were reminded why. This was by far the worst McDonald’s we have ever been too. The restaurant was disgusting and filthy. Couldn’t get anyone to take out order so we used the kiosk after we wiped it down. There wasn’t anyone waiting on food inside. The entire focus is on the drive through. When the food finally came they just set it on the counter and walked away. We had to look inside the bags to see if it was ours. When we got home the food was hard and over cooked. The food appeared to have been under a hot light for hours. The chicken my wife got was black and soaked in grease. I will leave it at that for now. We won’t be going back to a McDonald’s for a long time and definitely will not return to that one. If you eat there good luck.

This has happened on multiple occasions, they do not want to give you your total number of nugs. Very frustrating to order a 20 piece and come home with 15 nuggets. Very terrible service. Then if I bring it all back, they will give me the right amount?! So I gotta come all the way back?! Why not just give me what I paid for from the start? Just a thought…
