Since Domino’s changed their recipe years back the pizza just hasn’t been the same. The crust and sauce are just horrific. The only good thing about Dominos is the cheesy bread and the lava cakes.

Manger was very rude and unprofessional made me feel real uncomfortable I had incomplete orders and late Iv even got that pizza stuck to the bottom of the lid recently. The manager has no empathy for medical conditions Plus they were sweeping the floors while making pizza.Wow. I’m a long time good customer Hate to see the little place keep going down hill

We ordered two medium pizzas for carry out, and when I arrived to pick up the pizzas it was quite awkward to say the least, the employee didn’t say a single word, just assumed the two Medium pizzas were what I ordered. He didn’t say anything to me at all, nothing about my order, the total, or even a simple hello or good bye. It’s as if he were a mute. I mean if he were then. I’m glad to see the store letting handicap people prove they can work also, but for some reason I’m pretty sure I was just dealing with a rude and unperfessional employee..Thank God the pizzas were what I ordered. SOMEONE SHOULD REALLY CONSIDER GOING INTO THE URBANA STORE AND RETRAIN THE EMPLOYEES ON BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. I’ve dealt with strippers who have shown better customer service skills than this store and that’s even during two for one specials!!

We ordered a 14 “ hand tossed with sausage bacon and mushrooms. It was picked up by my hubby and it was a M with all the wrong toppings. We live 1/2 hour away and paid over 17 dollars for a small pizza with toppings we don’t like! We won’t be back! Pay more attention to your orders!!!

Food is always good here, but do yourself a favor and order online to get all of the discounts. If you call in an order it gets pretty pricy pretty quick. This is really irritating. I’ve actually witnessed a few people get really upset about the price during pick up. Post of the problem is they don’t always tell you how much it costs over the phone for a pick up order so always ask.

Ordered 3 things went to pick up and they only had 2. Asked him about the 3rd item I was told I have it . I said there are only 2 boxes. He replied ya that’s your order. I repeated my order again he said ya it’s here. It took awhile but I got my point across. Waited 10 minutes for them to make right and they got wrong again. Never going back

Very versatile sad place workers can’t listen when taking orders then wants to argue with you that’s not what you ordered then cusses at you and tells you to get out of the store!!!!! Will never go back to this store even threatens you telling you that they will wear you out following you out the door you turn around say something they run back inside and lock the door police should have been called over this

Obviously understaffed! Ordered online. App showed it would be ready by 7:40. Arrived at that time. Was told it would be only a few more minutes…half an hour later I finally got my order. Numerous other customers also waiting.
