I went through the drive-thru just after midnight and I was the only customer at the store. I ordered Carne Asada Fries. Big mistake. I waited a few minutes for my order and figured that was because the fries had to be cooked. I live roughly 6 minutes away so I know the commute had nothing to do with the quality of the food. The toppings were great. The meat was fresh and cooked perfectly. What destroyed the dish were the fries. They were soggy, greasy and burnt. Normally, I would have called and made a silent complaint, but I’m sure the kitchen was well aware of what they were sending out.And the guacamole is the worst. The onions were so overpowering.

Cute place and the cashier answered a couple questions well enough, but the food was the least exciting thing I’ve been served in a long time. Chips were extra, my enchiladas were hiding under a pile of bland rice. Halfway through enchiladas and I wasn’t even really happy I had found them. Next time, I’m getting my Rod Burro from Some Burros thank you

Ordered rolled tacos w/ guac and cheese. Took about 2 minutes, and they were barely warm. Asked for them to be redone, and took even less time, but they were at least in the fryer, because they had grease on them, but still not hot enough to melt the cheese, and not hot in the middle… told no manager in store, and no supervisor either. No one in charge but the employees? This is what you get.

Went through the drive-thru and was being so rude. Asked about a certain item and why we paid 2.25 for cheese on a bean and cheese burrito. Then she told us to go to Taco Bell down the road. She got reported to her supervisor. They don’t need people like that at the drive-thru window. What happened to good customer service? You never know who you are going to get at the drive-thru.

They got my order wrong but were very nice about fixing, it very clean store. The cheese in my enchilada was not melted at all. Just fresh grated cold cheese and that wasn’t what they fixed But I didn’t want to go back a second time to complain. I would totally sober so the food wasn’t any good maybe if I was drunk!

I ordered a large soda from this establishment and was given this to-go container filled with soda. I looked online for images of large sodas in case I was out of the loop, but this is the only one of their large soda. Am I missing something?

I’m not sure what is going on here lately but there seems to be problems with getting drive thru orders correct. I stop and get their daily special items 2-3 times a week but the last 2 times the orders have not been correct. I said I wanted the daily special bean burrito and instead got a bean and cheese burrito which is twice as much. Last time I said I wanted the daily special junior quesadilla but instead got the full size quesadilla which is twice as much. Both times I said the daily special but they still got it wrong. I may just go to Rita’s Burritos right around the corner instead since I’ve never had any problems there.
