The food from Hachi is always cooked fresh and is very good. The reason for 4 stars and not five is due to the small amount of broccoli given and seems to be they make up for that with an overload of rice and though the rice is good there’s a limit to how much I want in my meal. Also,I would prefer an itemized receipt as I’m pretty sure I was charged the price of a meal for what should’ve been the price of a side order.

I’m giving this restaurant two stars because the waitress was very nice. However, the food doesn’t taste like Japanese food at all. Too much sauce in the food and vegetables are overcooked. I ate there again since the new owner but it’s the same quality and taste.

I’ve always enjoyed this place never really cared to check them on their prices, until today. Went thru the drive-thru ordered ice water and a steak and chicken plate on the menu board read $13.99 for it. The lady told me my total was $19 and change?? I gave her my card and it took a second to register and when it did I told her through the half open window I didn’t think it was the correct order. She ran my card for it and must’ve given me a refund. Without saying anything to me. Then proceeded to charge me $17 and change I questioned her again she turned away and wouldn’t make eye contact. But this time made sure to completely close the window after me trying to tell her one last time. Then was “on the phone” handing me my food while I hand my signed receipt to her. She rolls her eyes and closes the window yet again so I can’t speak to anyone.

Ordered teriyaki chicken. This def ain’t it. Maybe it’s because I’m from the north and it’s legit Japanese food up there…. Idk. It had no flavor and the carrots taste like they’re from a can. Def not even teriyaki chicken at all

TBH, I miss when this was Hachisu. Today my streak and chicken were overcooked and my rice was cold. Also, we saw our server when she sat us, ordered, and brought us our food. She didn’t refill our drinks or bring us our check. Overall, it was kind of a meh experience.

Spring rolls may have been cooked in the micro wave took ten minutes to get our drinks and that’s a long time considering we were the only people in here food wasn’t very fresh I can see why it’s 12:00 and there wasn’t a soul in there it’s been about 30 minutes since I ate and it gave me a stomachs ache
