I ordered about an hour before they closed and out of no where they told my door dash driver I cancelled the order (I did not). The driver was nice enough to go the store to sort it out and at that point my delivery time went from 9:55 to 10:26 and even now it moved to 10:50. I don’t want to make accusations but I’m pretty sure they tried to cancel my order so they wouldn’t have to make a late delivery. As I’m writing this I just got notified it’s been canceled and now the 8 people at my house are without pizza.

The ladies were working and staying focused on getting their store cleared out. They definitely have work to do as far as paying attention to the order the customers come in the store. So they can keep up with the fire of the store to keep the traffic down. Other than that they have potential to be a great store. And put more live into the pizza please!!!!

The atmosphere is dark depressing and off. Walked in and was ignored for 10 minutes as if I wasn’t even there. The lady in front (medium height Caucasian woman shaped like an egg) ignored me and four other customers while she boxed pizza. Where do I begin? I called and asked where there any hot and ready pizzas available. She said yes and I said good I will be there in 3 minutes. 3 minutes later I arrive and ask for a classic pepperoni, she says there’s a 10 minute wait. Ok, I called you 3 minutes ago and you said you had some. I don’t have 10 minutes to wait. No apology from her, just ” We’re a busy store sir!” First of all, calling me sir doesn’t mean you’re respectful and not apologizing for incompetence, lies and rudeness is Disrespectful!

I tried calling to place an order because my internet wasn’t working. First no answer. I called again and someone hung up after one ring. A few days later my internet was working so i ordered pretzel pizza online. It was very thin almost soggy and falling apart. My kids said it tasted weird. They make better pizzas on baldwin and that one has a drive through and they answer the phone.
