I SPOKE TOO SOON. My order was screwed up today. I asked for 2 of their 2 piece specials and only got one. Apparently their A team wasn’t working today because the food and service was subpar. The chicken was bland, no flavor, as was the crust; unless you count greasy as a flavor. Note how small the thigh bone is; this thigh was all crust, no meat, and I had to share my meal with my granddaughter because I couldn’t safely turn around and go back. NOT HAPPY AND STILL HUNGRY!!!

wish i could given a zero stars because it was that bad very dry and dark brown on the outside as you can see and it was cold not hot and fresh also the chicken peaces wear very tiny and not much meat inside mostly bredin the sweet n sour saws was really good are it all would come back . for thst also the codtumer service was not very good becaus i took a long time to order the cashier ( young lady) looked at me said your slow? im mentally disabled takes some time for my thouts to process. also she asked me are u a man? i’m transgender ri looked at her said i’m a prod trsnsgender woman. and i use she/her pronouns so she laughed again and asked for my order. very very inconsiderate.

The most amazing staff I had a flood and my entire kitchen was off limits due to electrical issues in water. I had a very limited amount of money and 5 kids at my house to feed. Management was so kind and made it possible to feed all the kids on my tiny budget. The food was great and I can never express how thankful I am that they took the time to figure out the best options to fit my budget and feed everyone.

Super disappointed to arrive prior to closing only to be told they were closed already. I was there prior to the posted closing time and could see quite a lot of chicken already cooked and visible through the window sitting under the heat lamps. I guess the employees get to take all that home for free since they quit serving it before your actual closing time. If you post your closing time at 11pm, then you should allow customers to get food until then. Seems like a pretty shady way to run a business, not to mention the large revenue loss based on the amount of chicken I could clearly see leftover.

3.4 is very accurate. As others have said, very slow, often out of items though it is a very small building but typically the food is great… Until I tried something new. I’d usually get the Texas sized grande meal which has always been excellent but today figured I’d try something new and got the chicken fried steak. Bad choice. I’ve had tv dinners that were better than the dried out cardboard I received today. As soon as I opened the box meal and took 1 look at it I could tell it wasn’t going to be very good and a couple bites certainly confirmed it. Worse was even my German shepherd wouldn’t eat it! No more trying anything new from Church’s, I’ll stick to what I know. Sounded great though. Disappointing….

Its a fried chicken place, they literally only make fried chixkn and sides. Brilliant business not many options, one thing to cook in bulk, just keep it under warmers to serve customers quick, no wait times- brilliant. Works for every fried chicken place.

Just left this nearly empty parking lot because the drive through window person never took my order. No one in front of me, I was asked to wait and several minutes later figured it would be best to avoid further problems. Golden Chick here I come.

I’ve only gotten food from Church’s twice in my life, but after both times, my stomach was hurting the whole afternoon and night. I felt like the food had a taste of burnt oil but who knows what causes it. Save your stomach and money and go to Bushes Chicken on Brodie Ln. Never going to Church’s again.
