After waiting in the drive thru for 20 minutes sat at window for another 10 minutes waiting for a coffee. Lots of employees working but making orders for people in the line behind me. Absolutely no reason why my order shouldn’t have been ready by the time I got to the window. Horrible service and no apology for having to wait.

Cinnamontoast
Getting food here is like Russian roulette except instead of being shot you have a high chance of your food tasting like oven cleaner. Drinks aren’t much better, watered down, coffee flavor is almost non-existent, yes it’s cheaper but the value isn’t there. The staff is always listless, there’s no friendliness or positive interaction ever. What’s the point?

I swear that they could make one order at a time I placed a mobile order and picked it up on drive thru and it took them at least 5 min to take the order and at least 10 min for them to make it and give it to them and it looked like they had 2 small coffees and a small bag and then my order was not even made so I had was 2 ice coffees

i go here every morning 5 days a week and i understand that people get short staffed at times but when you wait in line for 15 min after placing your order is not good service this happens about twice a week and i understand that this could happen once in a while but twice a week its very frustrating when you give yourself 30 min of extra time before you have to be to work and now your late getting to work. on a good note the food is hot and delicious. and the staff is polite
