Rude & unprofessional There was a Hispanic kid at the counter when I walked in, no one greeted me, so I proceeded to stand in line. A few moments later a Hispanic lady walks in. He proceeds to greet her and ask her if there is a order that she is here to pick up. I point out that I was clearly in line 1st, and no one spoke to me when I first enter the door & upon & he then says “ if you wanna talk about me you can say it to me” so I then turn to him, and repeated myself he then refused to hand me my order that I paid for because he though I was a DoorDash Even though had he been doing his job correctly he would have read the receipt & seen I was picking up a mobile order.

Ordered the lemon pepper boneless they poured all the butter sauce on top just had them soaking in it plus they was cooked hard. when asked why did they pour all that butter on top he said and I quote “There’s nothing we can do because we turned the fryers off so I asked for a refund. Then the manager Gabriel did refund and then told me I won’t receive my refund for 5-7 days I asked it take 5-7 days and I used debit then I asked what was the other guys name and he said I won’t tell you that. And I said as a manager you can’t tell me your employee name and he said his manager said he can’t do that. I will never spend my money at the east side wing stop again.

My chicken was raw from the new sandwich.I paid for cheese sauce, ranch, and honey mustard didn’t receive one of them. They should be able to put napkins and condiments that were asked for, coming from a fast food worker…

I am so over this OVERPRICED place. I stressed that I wanted fries well done and they were soggy. The rolls were dry and the thighs, well you can judge for yourself by viewing the photo. They were really just a large chicken wing. Spent over $50 for a disappointing meal.
