Been coming here ever since I moved from new york and literally got lucky living right by here, the pizza is really similar to new york slices and prices are very fair. Staff has always been good but just encountered a very nice lady named deserae (sorry if I misspelled your name) and she is very nice and inviting, I appreciate this restaurant.

Ordered pizza, calzone and wings. Was told to pick up in 25 minutes because the wings take a long time to cook. When I showed up, they forgot to cook the the pizza and calzone! Had to come back in 15 minutes to get 2/3rds of my order. Never offered me any kind of compensation for their mistake.

Just wanted to try some local pizza while on Vacation. While it did take over an hr to get here. I didn’t expect such huge pizzas. And it wasn’t horribly priced. Would love to come back and try the strombolis.

Very disappointed! Normally we order from the location on Belleair (closer to home) but tonight my wife said would pick up on way home after her 12 hour shift! I called to order over phone cause wanted to make sure the pizza wasn’t over cooked, the girl who answered was extremely nice and understood. But after she told me the total which was $7.00 more then online, I said will order online. She was very helpful and told me to put in comments exactly what I said and should be fine. Well I did and what we got was exactly what we didn’t want. Now I k ow my wife could have said something and complained but being a police officer and just working from 6am-6pm I’m sure that wasn’t on her mind. She just took the pizza and came home but I was so upset when I saw it!The crust was so dark and hard, literally the whole pizza looked like was overcooked on purpose!I know some like pizza like that but if paying for something should atkeast be how requested. Ugh! if they weren’t so far from our house I literally would have drove back myself. In my mind I feel like it was done on purpose because I asked for no dark crust but still wanted it done enough. If you’ve ordered from Westshore before some locations offer lightly baked option when ordering online but tonight I didn’t see that option. I know not all Locations are the same but I would think saying no dark crust would mean the same for any pizza restaurant. Hopefully if I ever choose to order again and thats a big IF they will maybe read and acknowledge the comment section that they have on their website when ordering. Other than that they have great pizza. Stay safe everyone!
