Don’t eat here. Chicken was dryer than the desert. Over cooked. And just over all bad. Instead of the nice golden brown that they are supposed to be they were as dark as the brown gravy. Super chewy. And I will not be going back here. (it was my first and only time going to this location.)

This is the saddest location and yet the closest if you live in Anna. I have been told my chicken is cold because they stop cooking it at 8 because they close @ 10! So you’re admitting to selling people 2 hour old/cold chicken. The male Hispanic manger is rude and extremely disrespectful. The front counter feels disgusting and the air smells stale. Wife just brought chicken 12 piece meal home worst meal ever! chicken was almost black like they aint changed thier oil in weeks and tasted like pure salt !!! , coleslaw was extremly sour could not eat it bad smell to it one bit and you new it turned bad atleast 2 days maybbe tried to call them asap no answer and gos to bussy signle i will never eat at this location again!!!!

I ordered on the app for pickup, but when I arrived to the store for pick up the employee there said the store had already closed and very rudely and angrily told me to leave and refused to provide me with service or food that I paid for. He also didn’t allow me to pick up the food from drive through. He couldn’t even give me a refund. Partially the kfc app is to blame since it doesn’t disable order for pick up when the lobby closes. Never ordering from this kfc again.

Absolutely the dirtiest place I’ve ever been. Doors, windows everything. Ah but the staff was sitting around doing nothing. The cashier sits at a table waiting for customers. The manager seemed unfazed by my complain about cold food.
