Was craving some warm stew for dinner and decided to do takeout. Looking at the reviews, I had high expectations but it wasn’t exactly the best. I ordered the soondubu jigae and there was barely any seafood in it , with 4 little shrimps popping at the top. There also wasn’t enough stew to begin with. I also taught it came with three side dishes, but I only received two. That being said, the side dishes were delicious, just wished they were more plentiful.

My family moved to Pittsburgh a year and a half ago and we’re so happy to have found this restaurant. This restaurant has the best sushi and Korean food. The owner, Mr. Kim is the best and ensures all the customers are satisfied and enjoying their meal. We come to Sushi Kim 2 once a week to satisfy our sushi cravings. This restaurant is the best!

Sushi Kim 2 has got to have the BEST freakin’ short ribs around! I mean my God are they seriously that darn delicious! My mouth is actually watering right now just thinking about those scrumptious short ribs! Definitely go try this place out if you enjoy Korean food or if your just curious & do yourself a favor order the short ribs!!

My fiancée and I used to go to Sushi Kim (the original) all the time for lunch a few years ago. We were disappointed when it closed before the pandemic, but I’m so happy they are back now. We’ve been to the new Sushi Kim 2 several times, and they haven’t missed a beat. This place is on the level with any sushi place in the city. Mr. Kim is always so polite and welcoming, and I wish more people knew about this place. Couldn’t recommend it more highly.

Midwestern Explorer
The food is overpriced for the portions you recieve. Tap water in plastic cups and canned soda help remind you that everything you order is expensive compared to other places. I would avoid it honestly.
