The worst Popeyes. 2 stars because whoever took my order in the drive thru was very nice. Ordered the new strawberry biscuits when I get the biscuits there’s no frosting on top. Went inside to inquire and was told “oh sorry we’re out of frosting” well that would have been nice to know before I paid for them. (Seems petty but the main reason I went was to try these “seasonal biscuits”) I asked to speak to the manager to see what could be done and she was anything but helpful so I asked for a refund. She gave me a refund and asked for the biscuits back. Just terrible customer service and the red beans and rice was terrible for home only to find out the beans were burnt. Hopefully whoever owns this particular franchise takes the time to train their staff better.

Im going out on a limb and going to say the chicken sandwich is their most popular item…So why would you not have a enough cooked when you take an order and then jahe to make people wait 7-10 minutes? Like you didnt see you only had one fillet? And the prices!? Which is not this locations fault…but I can get a Double Double for cheaper!!!!

I like Popeyes, as their food is really good. However, it is still a fast food place, so it may not be for everyone. Regardless, I recommend trying it out, and know that they do have more options than just chicken (although the chicken is the best). Also, Popeyes is better than KFC.

Staff was friendly and moving at an okay pace given that the place is so new. However, I can’t believe the prices for the quality here, which is probably a Popeyes problem overall. An 8 piece meal with 4 biscuits and 1 fairly average side was $25. I also got one of the famous chicken sandwiches and was reminded that hype is often just that. The flavor of all items, excluding the biscuits, was so average. I’d recommend going to any grocery store deli and getting similar quality chicken and better quality sides for literally half the price or less. I might not be back.

It is absolutely ridiculous that I ordered $60 worth of food for them to not give me any sause without charging. I asked for 5 sauses because I ordered a family meal for my family then they charged me for every single sause.

I understand they are just opening, but I would expect when a franchise opens it would be full-service. I have experienced not having all products, app issues, and advertising at the location of things you can’t order. The chicken has been good but the biscuits are over cooked. Employees are nice.
