D’lites Ice Cream Shops was formed in 1982 and in the 29 years of existence, D’Lites has developed a customer base of over 3 million satisfied customers. The soft serve products are certified kosher dairy, and can be suited to many diet programs including keto and Weight Watchers. Our chocolate based ice creams are only 2 sugars/2 carbs and our vanilla based ice creams are 3 sugars/6 carbs. Our ice cream is gluten free, low cholesterol and low fat. The best thing about our ice cream is it is D’Licious!!!

So me and my wife have been coming here for about a year. Generally it’s great but recently it has not been good. The owner and kind 2 girls that mainly run the shop are spectacular. Never had a bad experience with them,but particularly the guys that run the shop after typical school hours are not. They play around too much and are not attentive or care really about the shop. The ice cream is lack luster when the guys run it unfortunately. So if you go try to go closer to when they open as the experience is always better and really satisfying. I do recommend it though for a more healthier option.

My first time here. I was so excited to see a low carb friendly desert shoppe finally. This shoppe is a little out of my way, however worth it. The staff was friendly. He tried to answer all of my low carb questions. I even appreciate the staff even calling the owner to make sure they were giving me the right option. Wasn’t trying to get kicked off my low carb diet today. Lol. Satisfied my sweet tooth and will be back again to try other options.

Im currently on keto and found this place i couldt believe it because what desert place is focused on low carb low calorie?! I called to ask what sweetners were used as some may know you cant use just any sweetener because some can still raise your sugar levels and kick you out of ketosis. The guy DID NOT KNOW! i was disappointed because how do you not know about the products your selling? I decide to go anyways. I ask for only keto friendly ice cream which he said they all were. I asked which has the lowest carbs and he didnt know. Pointed me to two signs. One had the nutrition values of two different flavors vanilla and chocolate. The other sign had an actual breakdown of the ingredients but no specification on which flavors it was for so i assumed was for all.some ingredients were shocking to me. Sugar and corn syrup to only name a couple…unless this was an outdated sign i question the true nutrition values of the ice cream. Ice cream was good overall. It did taste like mainly milk but given im on a diet i enjoyed it. Fingers crossed im not kicked out of ketosis!

Honestly this was below our expectations. After reading we excellent reviews, I decided to try it but I was disappointed. I ordered the regular sundae with butter pecan flavor. It comes with 2 free toppings. The color and taste of the ice cream didn’t look like the butter pecan I know. I’m not sure if I would have had a better reaction if I tried a different flavor but as of now I don’t think I will return.

Yummy and cute little spot for Keto/low carb soft serve!! Several flavors based on the base chocolate or vanilla soft serve…they add low/no sugar flavorings to create other flavors!! Also have a selection of other Keto snacks and sell various sizes of frozen to-gos!!

I was so delighted to find this place when searching for “keto food near me” on Google. My husband and I stopped by with our kids and it was an absolute hit with everyone. So much so that we came back with my brother in laws family the next day and my mom and sunt the following day and everyone could hardly believe it was heart healthy ice cream. The employees are so friendly and do a great job on giving you the rundown on all the nutritional information. They are knowledgeable and accomodating to people with food allergies as well. Give it a try! You will not regret!!
