4 times in a row i asked for my pizza to be cut pie (triangle shape) and its been sqaure. Its not a big deal but if i ask for a certain style then just do it or better train the staff to understand menu options.

How do you deliver a salad and not bring a fork or salad dressing? We are in a hotel, you know we have no way to eat the salad. The driver literally laughed at me when I asked where they were and left. My wife called the first time the girl acted like she could hear my wife after talking to her for a few minutes then we called back and they said it would be at least another hour. Worst customer service ever.

pizza was so greasy the box fell apart. it was also way over done. bread was chewy and crust was like a rock. parmesan bites were overcooked and actually crunchy instead of soft.

This my second time ordering from them they burnt the pizza and it wasnt even no cheese on it, I’m very disappointed this doesnt make since you knew that pizza wasnt correct when you took it out the oven. Never ordering from them again

I ordered at 12:40 on a Sunday. Food took an hour and a half to show up, and it wasn’t my order. Driver told me it would be remade and sent out. Instead, they cancelled my order without contacting me. Upon calling the store to see what was going on, I was put on hold, talked to a man, put back on hold, and talked to a woman who did not know why I was on the line.

Dominoes to Go, Marion, AR. HORRIBLE customer service. Left my house for curbside pickup when the tracker said my order was boxed and ready to go. Checked in when I made it to the store and received alert my order would be put in 2 minutes. 35 minutes later, no pizza. I pull to the window and the rude older lady is mouthing about how she’s “not fixing to deal with these customers ” i explain my issue and ask to speak to a manager bc she said she just got there and didn’t know anything. The young boy that comes to the window says they were probably just busy and didn’t here the ding when I checked in but it still shouldn’t be a problem bc their warmers will keep the pizza warm for up to an hour. Not really the point. I turn to get a box for him to see for himself that the pizza was not hot and he says “have a good night”, with a smirk and closes the window in my face. So my family is eating $50 worth of luke warm pizza for dinner. And no icing that i paid for, for the cinnamon twists that I ordered.
