I placed a order over the phone for 1 slice of pizza, the owner let me now it’s only a 10 min wait for delivery.. after a hour of waited I contacted store, I asked about my order they advised me that I can’t get compensated for my time and there poor customer service skills cause I was on hold for LONG PERIODS OF TIME. And also they tolled me the driver took my order and it over a hour so there my food would have been cold . When I’m only 3 mins away from the location . Over all customer service skills where poor

Took out a NY style pie . The sauce was fresh and the crust was perfect. Plenty of toppings. Delicious pizza. Would definitely recommend. Enjoyed the leftovers for breakfast this morning. Love a slice in the morning. 🙂

Called in and asked about a promotional offer I received in the mail. Promo reads: Tues and Wed Large cheese pizza 9.95 expiration 3/31/23. Guy that answered said it must be an old promotion and didn’t know what I was talking about. I let him know it says it expires on 3/31/23. Its fine that he didn’t want to honor the coupon that they spend money on mailing to homes for advertisement, but the fact that he didn’t even bother verifying the information is just bad customer service. Not a good look.
