I have been coming to this restaurant on and off for years as I lived in and visited Eugene It’s always been priced great, with friendly service and tasty food. I came today with a group of 4 and we got seated and ordered and had food within 15 minutes. I ordered the Enchilada al Chipotle a favorite of mine. Would definitely recommend.

You will enjoy authentic Mexican music and excellent chips, salsa, margaritas, and a 24 oz. Dos Equis flagon of amber lager or a pint of Coors Light (on tap). Mixed drinks are also available. There is an appetizer menu, a lunch menu, seafood, chicken, beef, chorizo, pork and perhaps a few other choices. If you like fajitas then you won’t be disappointed here. The wait staff is excellent, though I do wish they were allowed to chat with those of us at the bar trying to learn more Spanish. I’ve yet to work my way through the menu here but since this place is a short walk away, I intend to do so.

We have been eating here for years, and we keep coming back. Each and every time we are greeted with a friendly smile and welcoming greeting. We are promptly seated and the chips and salsa are delivered and keep flowing until you cannot eat anymore. If you order a soda, it will be promptly refilled as soon as you finish. Our food is always delivered hot and fresh, and in a very timely matter. The waitstaff seems to always help one another, as if they see you need something, they are right on it without waiting for your server. We will continue to frequent because the food is great, the atmosphere is clean and happy and the service is top notch.

If you love family style Mexican restaurants this establishment wont disappoint. The Staff are very friendly and will make sure you have what you need. The menu at this restaurant gives plenty of options so if you like having a lot of items to chose from you wont be disappointed. They even have an expansive drink menu if you are the drinking type. The food itself is decent but not top of the line compared to other family Mexican restaurants I have tried. I got the mole enchiladas myself and while the chicken was juicy and flavorful the mole sauce itself was lacking that rich nutty and sweet flavor I am looking for in a good mole. overall a decent meal but with improvements to the mole it would be even better. the prices are great for the amount of food you get but this is to be expected at a Mexican restaurant like this. I would give this restaurant a higher rating but because the quality of the food is average compared to other establishments I have been to I have to drop the rating.

Empty restaurant but they put us next to the open kitchen door by very loud dish machine. Food was so depressing. Like if the Midwest tried to make Mexican food. My Cameron’s a la diabla was not even a little spicy and tastes like chef boyardee made it.sweet and tomato-y. And my husband’s seafood chimi was so bad. Pretty awful experience will not be going back. Shocked this has a 4.3
