I’m sad to write such a bad review because Jade Kitchen used to be really good. We have been coming here for years and we always loved it. It’s been awhile since we’ve ordered, but decided to order tonight and it was terrible. The only positive is that it was ready on time. The broth for the wonton soup was so salty. My son (who is not picky!) couldn’t even finish it which says a lot. The fried rice was not good. It lacked flavor, was a little mushy and tasted like cooking oil. The lo mein wasn’t the best either. We also requested white sauce for our chicken and broccoli and we got brown sauce instead. And lastly, the egg rolls were so small! They were nothing to write home about. Very disappointed with the food and unfortunately won’t be going back. Also, no one seemed enthused to be working there. And to top it off, everything is $3-$4 more than it used to be and yet quality has gone down as well as portions. Sadly I won’t be going back. Wish I could get a refund because it was a waste of $30, sadly. I hope they will take these reviews to heart and bring back their quality.

I usually get super excited when we order Chinese food, and we decided to give Jade a try – terrible mistake. This was not good.We ordered white rice with both of our meals and received fried rice – no big deal – but it was not even good fried rice. The dumplings tasted like microwaved-from-frozen, especially since a few of the dumplings were still ice cold in the middle, and full of water. I love dumplings more than anything, and these were terrible.

I have been going to Jade Kitchen for close to 10 years. Everything is always fresh and hot. I don’t think I have ever had a complaint, but if I were ever to have one, I know they would fix it right away. They are super friendly, always smiling and happy to help. I definitely recommend you give them a try. You will not be sorry!
