While waiting to be noticed after being seated, I placed my order immediately. I gave specific instructions on how I wanted my pancakes. When they were served they were incorrect and undercooked. I sent the back and waited another 10 minutes. Most interesting is this was 8:45 AM and not busy with customers

Seriously the worst cracker barrel on earth. Can’t cook their food properly and this is after several visits over a solid year with the food ALWAYS being cooked terrible. Cause we all like doughy, uncooked biscuits (this is the norm here). Shut this place down until y’all can get it properly staffed with competent employees. Will not spend another dime with cracker barrel in my lifetime until their is clear action taken to fix this extremely broken store.

Overall, our experience at Cracker Barrel was good. It did take a while to receive our food. Which was surprising, giving that they weren’t busy. We had a party of 7, and everyone said that their food was good, that’s a big plus. It’s been a while since I’ve eaten at a Cracker Barrel. I didn’t realize how inexpensive they were. For 7 adults, our bill was $119. Now that’s a steal. Will definitely eat here again.

I really hate how this visit went. 45 min wait to sit, not suprised and quite ok. 1 hour to get food from moment of ordering, not so much. Waitress was busy, but not paying very much attention. Carrots were….. mush. And cold. Tasted like yams they had been cooking so long. Green bean replacement was no better. And the portion control? On spoon scoop of Mashed potatoes? I mean damn. I know times are tough but that goes for all of us, we don’t wanna pay full price for half the food.
