The overall price at blue iguana was upwards of $10 a plate. That is pretty pricey for how small the serving sizes were there. My rice was undercooked and I had to order more tortillas because there wasn’t enough for my fajitas. The waiter we had didn’t really explain to us what was going on and we almost missed out on their salsa bar. If your one to base how well the customer service works based on their capability to refill drinks, then you are not going to be happy with this restaurant. The place was pretty empty, like I said, and we had empty glasses for the majority of the meal. Overall I would probably find somewhere else to eat if I’m going to pay that much. They do have wheelchair access via elevator near the restaurant.

Salsa bar is awesome, but the food is pretty pricey for what you get. Also the drinks are quite expensive. I like the restaurant overall but I expect a little higher quality food for the amount and pay.

The service was pretty bad. Some of the staff was friendly enough, but they brought out the wrong drink. I get that mistakes happen, but they quickly whisked the drink away and splashed all over our friend. They didn’t apologize or clean it up. Then the same friend received the wrong dinner, which they replaced with a shrug and without much apology again. Our table of 8 agreed that the food was mediocre and overpriced. The margaritas were also lacking. On the up side, the salsa bar was decent and the atmosphere was cheerful and bright. I would NOT recommend it, however, for good, authentic Mexican food. We were very disappointed.

Having been here before, we were expecting a much warmer experience than received. The food was outstanding, the mole sauce was marvelous. The service was absolutely horrid. Our server seemed extremely bothered by us as well as never returned to check on the meal or ask for any of our needs. Based on the service we would NEVER return, but the food definitely speaks for itself. Too bad a yummy restaurant isn’t equipped with great service making it a well rounded experience. The “bus boy”, the gentleman who cleaned our table, was the best of all. He refilled our drinks and chips, checked on us, and brought us random items. We ended up giving the the bus boy, Gabrielle, our tips. And if you want to split your check, good luck. We were told by our server that they were unable to do so. After some persistence, they split it. Next time we go to a Blue Iguana, we will go to Salt Lake City.

We went on a Sunday, it wasn’t very busy but the service was not good at all. We got sat right away but our server too a while to get to us. We got chips and we’re told where the salsa bar was. The selection was good 8 think 5 to choose from and all labeled well. The only problem was they were mostly empty except for the hotter ones.

Other reviews are true, service isn’t great and it’s slow. But the food is great! The tomato and avocado enchiladas on the vegetarian menu were yummy! Our entire table of 8 people enjoyed our food. They had hiring signs in the window, and we noticed there were only 2 servers covering the entire large dining area we were seated in. So I think the slow service should be fixed soon! Great atmosphere, pretty good food, hopefully faster service when you go!

Loved this restaurant! The food was good and our service was Excellent. We liked the atmosphere and chose it because of the balcony seating available. It was clean and well maintained. They waited on us quickly and filled our every need. I really enjoyed the salsa bar, and the Mole I had was so yummy with my grilled shrimp. I will definitely eat here every time I’m in Park City!

Awesome food. Had the seafood enchilada. Wife had the seafood chimi. Haven’t had it any better anywhere. Seated within minutes. Drinks served a couple minutes later. Food came out fast and enjoyed the balcony seating on old main street from the second level above street level. Temperature that day and sitting in the shade looking at the mountainside was great. Would recommend to anyone. Gave it a four and not a five because they were perfect with everything. I had to ask for ice for my water twice, but the water provided was already cold, I just wanted more ice. All in all nothing solid to complain about. Go and enjoy.

I was very disappointed with the entire experience. It started off with having no salsa in the salsa bar, then to getting completely ignored by any servers when there was only 4 other parties in the entire restaurant and a full staff. The staff didn’t check on us once, the only good service received was from the bus boy. Not to mention the burnt cheese on one of the burritos and receiving beef when I ordered chicken. This is definitely not a place I’d recommend bringing anyone if you’re trying to impress them.
