This is a very nice coffee shop featuring Illy coffee. They have a variety of fresh pastry options ranging from sweet to savory. A great deal of attention is paid to the interior decoration, with rustic-looking chairs and wooden communal tables creating a relaxing ambiance. There is also a covered courtyard with two fountains adding to this place’s overall appeal.

Beautiful gem located in quaint enclave of Highlands NJ . Enjoy your latte in this peaceful oasis along with amazing tasty pastries such as croissants , muffins, scones , a wide variety cheese cakes , chocolate tortes quiches and salad bowls . The restaurant also has well curated collections of artisan soaps , candles, jewelry and books . It absolutely gorgeous. The staff is welcoming and friendly. A great place to bring your lab top to get some work done or to join a friend .

Excellent pastries. Almond croissant is one of the best I’ve ever had. However, I think the employees would benefit from being trained on how to use the espresso machine. This place is super nice and I’m very glad they moved into Highlands but the espresso really needs work. I think there is a coffee roaster in Atlantic Highlands that offers training!

Purchased a croissant, plain. Price astounding, then noticed they added a service charge because their costs had increased. I get everyone’s costs have gone up. Suggest you include price adjustment in “price”. Sorry to say I will not be coming back. Your prices compared with other bakers in area, with comparable quality, are just too high. I think it’s important for the town for your shop to succeed, careful with prices!

What a wonderful place! Their drip & espresso coffee is Illy which is an elegant brand from Italy- big plus for me. The pastries are always fresh (try the everything croissant!) & the Lorraine quiche is quickly becoming the go to lunch in my house.
