Set Trip
This bar is not a safe place to be, and the owner has a security guard ask me to leave. I had no problem leaving I just wanted to have back my jacket and bookbag I sat down while at the bar. He tells me several times I can not have my belongings containing my I’d birth certificate and food clothes gotten from the Good Will . They would not let me have my documents unaware of what was in my personal bag . Then the call the Toledo police station and tell them I caused a disturbance, because after they looked in my personal bag and jacket it was my I’d and government information ℹ️

My friend came in with a tank top and flare pants, he was not allowed in due to him not wearing a shirt with sleeves and then when we said he could put another shirt on they then said it was because of his shoes. Another bartender then said it was because he had strings on his pants. Then to see a girl behind us with a bra on get let in was extremely prejudice and gross behavior.

This was my first visit to this establishment. I was actually here for a class reunion! The upper level seems to be the event space. That is accessible from Erie Street. The lower level is a 15 ft difference down. That part of the bar is accessible from the alley. I would say it’s a mid-scale bar. I was there at a time of day where there weren’t that many people but the environment was great, the place looked pretty clean. The staff were friendly. I would definitely return to spend more time in the lower level. It was a very comfortable atmosphere, a big space.

I’ve visited a few times and have to say this place is probably great for the younger crowd but if you want a decent drink I’ve not had one here. My main gripe is they don’t have any draft beer and the cocktails were mostly ice and a splash of liquor.
