Located in the Aztec Food Hub is an amazingly delicious vegan sushi place! Tried it last night and was the best sushi I’ve had since I stopped eating meat. This place buries The Village and The Yasai with better flavor, ingredients, and pricing. Take out only, but there is a park nearby to go and hang while you eat.

incredible. this is amazing vegan sushi, reasonable price for what you’re getting, and it’s well packaged in materials that don’t let your leftovers dry out. I keep coming back. It is in the Aztec Food Hub so it is a little bit of a ghost kitchen but it’s amazing.

My husband is a super foodie so he just has places saved to try and the fact that I’m currently going through treatment and have to stay away from actual sushi (cause I’m a maniac for it) this place was heaven sent. The roll was sooo good I literally couldn’t tell the difference from plant base vs actual sushi. I will definitely be a returning customer . Great job guys , definitely keep it up oh and dipping sauce was everything!!! Oh yeah sorry we ordered the crunchy roll w/ garlic aioli sauce, the sauce is fuego !
