Terrible service, I was excited for my first time to try great steak and immediately was let down. I was waiting on line and noticed no one was working the register and the line was starting to wrap around the corner and doringer or doringa was her name she’s a heavy set short woman with black hair who is an employee there yells “we’re closed” as she’s stands around the grill and seems like she was mad that we wanted to order, it’s only 6:30 and I asked why they’re were closed and she said the cook had to step out but there was two other employees just standing there watching us stand in line and DID NOTHING. So to the owner of this establishment you should know when one employee takes a break the rest of them stop working as well. I asked if when one employee takes a break why is no one else working and Doringa screamed at me to take my business somewhere else over and over in front of the customers. The manager Erik finally stepped him and made the meal himself this is a disgusting employee attitude to have never again. She even tried to charge me for sauce!!! Erick stepped in again and gave it to me, highly disappointed

Great potential for a restaurant. I ordered a Chicken Phily (one w/onions and one w/out). You get a fry and soda with it…The chicken has great flavor but a little dry and the bread was good but a little dry. If those two items get better you have 5 star potential! The price is high for the food you get $$

First time here. Ordered a sandwich, fries and drink. Charged separately, not the combo price. Whatever, so I paid a little more but the problem I had is the sandwich is small, hardly any meat and the “wiz” is spicy. Its almost like a nacho cheese sauce. Not what is supposed to go on a cheesesteak.

I give it a 3 the fries were good but they were stingy on the steak more like eating bread and the pricing is outrageous 15 for a whole great steak meal I don’t think so and steak should have bell peppers and 50 cent for a refill he’ll I already paid 15 for a whole meal these prices just upside in Arizona and the food sucks here go to Chicago for more authentic taste

Had to come to the counter twice before they made the young lady come service me the two males acted like they were so busy cleaning no one greeted me they first played The Who’s gonna take her order looking at each other then finally after my second walk up she came and my sandwich tastes like the top cook haven’t been cleaned has a chemical old Burnt taste DO NOT RECOMMEND no wonder nobody was in the line

My wife, son and I ended up getting food poisoning from this location. Looks like they leave ingredients sitting out and not fresh. Portions were ok but honestly don’t think it matters if you are going to get sick. Personally will not be coming back or recommend this place to anyone.

I ordered original Philly cheesesteak thinking it is going to be a Philly cheesesteak but yet it’s just steak onions and cheese where’s the peppers and the white cheese and stuff why do I get cheddar cheese on it I will not be going back to eat there also I’m going to dispute it with my bank to get my money back they don’t want to answer the phone no wonder why you got a bad rating not to mention you can’t even call the place the phone is on beeping mode iam thinking of telling food Inspector to check it out as well as my lawyer the food also was discussed too it tasted sour as well I try to call and call and they never would answer the phone next time I go to mall iam give them a pice of my.mi d this place need to be shut down its no good plz plz plz ppl don’t eat there it’d nasty I even one Time seen product on the floor not in fridge also they was open to and to the guy why not here Taking orders for food he said.
