Gonna give these guys 5 stars even though they sent the wrong pie. When I called to let them know that I didn’t receive the correct order but was still going to eat the one they sent me because I was tired and hungry, and not to worry about the mess up, the manager apologized and told me he would send the correct pizza to me asap free of charge. I appreciate the accountability and the strive to correct the mistake.

Normally good service and food but this last time my order had been delivered to the wrong address or way later than stated delivery time. Called in to see where the first order was and they said they would send another. Ended up getting both orders but the delivery driver had an attitude about getting both. He said I should have more than enough food after I offered to send the second, correct order back. He stated they couldn’t take it.

Order delivery on Monday 3/21/22,. Got a notification saying it was delivered. Looked all over no where to be found. Called and was told they would send out another. Waited an hour and called again to ask if they were ever sending it. They made me talk to the driver named Megan. She told me she dropped it off at my house. I asked what did my house look like. She gave me was not my house. She told me it was probably still there and I could go get it. It was cold and pouring rain out not to mention 2 hours later. Why would I want to get it? She was very uppity and rude. They offered to resend my order after I told them they already did offer that. In the end I got a refund. Why would you suggest I go get a two hour old pizza that was delivered to the wrong house? Ridiculous.

Almost every time I order here, they screw up my order, take forever to deliver it, and if you call to tell management about it, they give you an attitude and tell you they don’t have time to fix it. Probably the worst dominios in the state. Absolutely terrible customer service. They need a total employee overhaul. We were so happy to get dominos back, but this place is an embarrassment to the entire company

Ordered a pizza claim they left at 11:37… It’s 12:06 they even verified my address. We are not far from Casey’s gas station which means we’re not that far from Domino’s Pizza not sure how it’s taking this long to deliver. They can charge $40 some dollars for a pizza and two things of chicken but they can’t deliver at a reasonable amount of time.. Now I’m late and still nothing to eat.

horrible service. called around 12:20 asking for a delivery for a medium pepperoni hand tossed. when it finally got delivered, it was the size of a small, thin crust, cut in squares, and didn’t even have pepperoni on it. tried to call back and they declined my call on purpose twice. literally ridiculous.
