Big Freedom
These were the thinnest and the driest Papa bowls I’ve ever ordered from Papa Johns…and these were supposed to be with extra cheese. We had to put our own marinara sauce on because they were was so lacking. The manager was also rude. This is not a diss on the entire company …just this location.

The food was good. It was ready quickly but the service at the drive thru was extremely slow. I received notice that my pizza was ready before I pulled in. There was one vehicle ahead of me that sat there for 15 minutes. Once I got to the window I was ignored for another couple minutes.

I placed an order that came up to $56 that would have been $29 online that was problem number one next problem I came in 15 minutes later and my food still wasn’t ready as promised that was problem number 2 next issue was the worker lie to me and told me the food was made wrong but I watch them make it and put it in the oven after telling them out take the order that they had messed up so I had to wait another 15 minutes because they didn’t have that one either I waited in the store for almost an hour on a Monday. Spent 40 dollars for 2 pizzas 1 pepperoni and 1 cheese and they put pepperoncini on both of these pizzas. I tasted one before I knew what they put on it. It was nasty, disgusting and I got a blister on my tongue. I did not ask for it on my pizza. It’s suppose to be on the side but someone squeezed it out dry on my pizza. Worse place ever to eat pizza. Wasted 40 dollars on pizza that went right in the trash.

The food is really good, I’m happy with the pizza and wings. Exactly what I expected when ordering. The lobby hours are afternoon/evening only. It would be helpful to have an additional sign that during the times the lobby is closed, use the drive though window. I couldn’t see the window from the main parking area.

Waited 1 hour for 2 pizzas for carry-out. During lunch. On a Monday. I ordered through the app while sitting in the parking lot because there was a sign that said “lobby closed” but no employees were there until 20 minutes after I placed the order.
